Vegetables are low in calories and also add volume to your meals, meaning, you can eat more for less calories and you feel fuller for longer. This can help curb your hunger and satiate you longer.

Try adding veggies to your meals throughout the week. This will also help you go to the bathroom more, and keep you “regular.” The more times you go #2, the flatter your stomach will be.
