It is recommended that u have at least two servings of vegetables a day with your meals.

I prefer lunch and dinner.

The top three vegetables to help flatten your stomach are:

  1. Asparagus
  2. Broccoli
  3. Kale

Try adding veggies to your meals throughout the week. This will also help you go to the bathroom more, and keep you “regular.”  The more time you go #2, the flatter your stomach will be.
