Courses & Philosophy

You will have unlimited access to our fitness videos, tutorials, and exclusive vlogs from some of your favorite fitness gurus and models. You’ll also have access to nutrition guides, supplement recommendations, and a library of fitness information.
Every body is different. We do not have the same body type so it depends on how often you use our system, but in most cases people begin to see results in as little as 10 days.
As much as you can. In the beginning, this system is designed for you to slowly increase the number of times you workout during the week. For maximum results, start at three times per week, and then increase it as you become stronger and more fit.
At 6 Pack City, we do not believe in diets. Although, nutrition is important, one bad meal won’t make you fat, like one good meal won’t make you skinny. None of the people that you see with amazing results has ever had to start a diet to get results, however, we will help you navigate through your daily food choices.
At 6 Pack City, we believe in safety first. You should always consult your physician before starting any exercise regimen. We try to make sure that all of our regimens can accommodate people with injuries or illness, because they deserve to look sexy too.
We designed this system for people who do not have weights or gym equipment. You will not need to buy anything extra, however, feel free to add weights, cables, resistance bands, or anything extra you feel you may need to enhance your workout.
